Since we talk to a ton of sellers everyday, we often find ourselves answering the same questions over and over again. The Sell or Die! Blog offers a single base for the knowledge and experience we've accumulated in the buying, selling, and managing of houses.
Karma (or, Shameless Bribery)
Frankly, we hope to earn your goodwill and earn your business! We understand that not every house will be a match for what we are looking to purchase in any given month. But we figure if we do right by the community and help enough homeowners -- even ones that we'll never do business with -- all that good karma will eventually work its way back to us. Home owners with nice houses in nice neighborhoods who are serious about selling will come to us and we can buy their house. And, when we do buy, we're hoping to make a profit when we sell.
